Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Wexio, a social platform where users can post, connect with friends, and share content. By registering an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1 What Wexio Is

Wexio is a social networking service that lets you:

• Post short messages (up to 280 characters) to a public feed
• Like and comment on other users' posts
• Send and receive friend requests and manage a friends list
• Exchange private direct messages (DMs) with friends
• Follow and unfollow other users
• Customise your profile with a bio and profile picture
• Create, share, and view text/code pastes via Wexipaste (public or private)
• Block or ignore other users

2 Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure. We store it as a one-way hash and cannot recover it for you.
• All activity that happens under your account.
• Choosing a username that is not impersonating another person or brand.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.

Accounts belong to the person who created them and are non-transferable.

3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wexio to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Spam other users — including sending bulk unsolicited messages
• Share another person's private information without their consent
• Impersonate any other person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or server data
• Scrape or harvest content or data from the platform in an automated manner
• Post illegal content of any kind

Wexio includes an automated profanity filter. Attempts to circumvent it are still subject to these terms.

4 Your Content

You own the content you post on Wexio. By posting it you grant Wexio a non-exclusive licence to store and display it to other users as part of normal platform operation.

You can delete your posts at any time. You can delete your entire account and all associated content from your profile settings page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Public posts, comments, and public Wexipaste entries are visible to all logged-in users. Private Wexipaste entries are visible only to you.

Direct messages are private between you and the recipient. Wexio does not read or moderate DMs.

5 Wexipaste

Wexipaste is an integrated text and code paste tool. When you create a paste you can choose:

• Public — visible to all logged-in Wexio users
• Private — visible only to you when logged in

Do not use Wexipaste to store sensitive credentials, private keys, personal data belonging to others, or any content that violates Section 3.

6 Enforcement & Account Termination

Wexio administrators reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at their discretion and without prior notice.

You may delete your own account at any time from your profile settings page. This permanently removes your account, posts, comments, and bio. Your username will become available again.

7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Wexio is provided "as is" without any warranty of availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or damages arising from use of the platform. You use Wexio at your own risk.

We do not backup user data and cannot restore deleted content.

8 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of Wexio after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
